Pulsar Industry brings innovation to Meat-Tech 2018 HALL 2 Stand C20
PULSAR INDUSTRY PRESENTS ITS INNOVATIVE TECHNOLOGICAL SOLUTIONS FOR PRODUCTION PROCESSES, AUTOMATIC PACKAGING AND PRODUCTION CONTROL

Pulsar Industry will exhibit at trade fair Meat-Tech 2018, second edition organized by Ipack-Ima, specializing in innovative technologies and solutions for meat processing, packaging and distribution, from 29 May to 1 June in Milan.

Pulsar Industry produces and sales a range of innovative solutions for production and packaging departments.

The robotized automatic cartoning system for bags and trays is an extremely compact monobloc housing, depending on the packaging process requirements, parallel kinematic robots and anthropomorphous robots that, supported by a cutting-edge vision system, pick up the product, orient it correctly and lay it inside the final container (normal or display).

A complete series of machines covers all ham steak production requirements, from mould making, to repressing after baking, up to the automatic opening of the moulds, emptying and bag packaging of end products.

For the sausages seasoning, Pulsar Industry has developed an automatic system equipped with anthropomorphous robots to display the products hung in bars, and their following batching for the seasoning cells. The system includes the control parameters management of the cells and final handling, assisted by stainless steel, automatic drive shuttles and anthropomorphous robots toward packaging and slicing lines.

Among Pulsar Industry’s most innovative solutions, we can see fully robotized plants to make moulds of bresaola and ham meant for slicing, and stainless steel automatic storage systems provided with stainless steel, auto-sanitizing travelling lifts able to handle crates of fresh meat and semi-processed products.

In addition to this, there are also robotized sorters for production departments for the handling of portioned meat and semi-processed products, and robotized palletizating plants that make pallets ready for the storage of finished products.

Pulsar Industry engineers and manufactures the mechanics, control boards, equipment and automation.

All plants are provided with the departmental software Dynamic, which not only includes traceability and quality sheets management, but it also read and compare all function data in such a way as to provide graphics of efficiency and productivity in real time.

Using Dynamic the already Pulsar Industry’s customers are able to line out the improvements areas of their plants thanks to the OEE index. This is the first, crucial step to increase marginality.

Cibus Tec 2016 - Parma: Pulsar Industry invites you to discover innovation.
At Cibus Tec 2016, Pulsar Industry will present the new edition of its Departmental Software Dynamic

Pulsar Industry will be present at Cibus Tec 2016, important trade fair that has been serving the food industry for more than 70 years, from 25 to 28 October in Parma, Italy.

On the occasion, the company will introduce in Italy Dynamic 2016, the departmental software produced by Pulsar Industry whose new version features both highly upgraded efficiency and productivity control operations, and upgraded warehouse management, already implemented by important retail centres where picking operations need relevant performances.

In 2015 and in the first leg of this year, Dynamic has been installed in many and different new realities that have enabled Pulsar Industry to extend its presence also in the fishery and dairy industries as well as cementing its leadership in the meat industry and bottling of preserves, fruit juices, oil and vinegar.

In addition to including traceability, tracking and quality charts management, the new Dynamic can also read and compare all function data as to provide graphics of efficiency and productivity in real time.

Using Dynamic, Pulsar Industry’s customers have been able to line out the imporvements of their plants thanks to the OEE Index – Overall Equipment Effectiveness; that’s the first step to increase marginality.

Pulsar Industry has been on the market for more than 25 years, and with its 50 experts, designers and technicians, it can produce and market innovative solutions for the production and packaging departments: the robotized automatic cartoning system for bags and trays, a complete series of machines for ham steak production, from mould making to repressing after baking and up to the automatic opening of the moulds, emptying and bag packaging of end products, sausages seasoning plants, plants to make moulds of bresaola and ham meant for slicing, and stainless steel automatic storage systems provided with stainless steel, autosanitizing travelling lifts able to handle crates of fresh meat and semi-processed products.

In addition to this, there are also robotized sorters for portioned meat and semi-processed product handling in productionareas, and palletizating plants that make pallets ready for the storage of finished products.

New premises for Pulsar Industry: more room to integration

A

few weeks ago, Pulsar Industry moved its activity to new bigger and functional premises, where 50 mechanic, electronic and IT engineers and technicians work closely to find and develop the best solutions to meet the requirements of even the most demanding customers. Pulsar Industry’s main point of strength lays in the integration of the different disciplines. Since the early pre-sales steps, the company’s commercial staff work closely with the technicians boasting sound knowledge of industrial production, packaging and logistics, with special regard to the food sector, which is main area of Pulsar Industry applications. The tasks that both the commercial staff and pre-sales technicians bring home are then dealt by the Technical Department with the goal of finding the best solution, always taking into consideration all the mechanic consequences they may have, as well as the possibility of installing automation devices, from the most sophisticated anthropomorphous robot down to the simplest sensor, and interactive ability with control and management software systems. The solutions to find at the study stage are thoroughly analysed from the economical points of view and proposed for installation provided that they can definitely help the purchaser save money. In fact, a sophisticated and maybe really good-looking automatic solution would be quite useless if it cannot be paid off on the short run.

The goal of introducing automatic systems into production processes is gaining on marginality, which was greatly diminished in the past years but today it has become a fundamental factor for the company to survive firstly and develop secondly. Pulsar Industry focuses on this paramount goal of its customers and sets it as its own top-priority target. This is the reason why at Pulsar Industry highly skilled technicians with extensive knowledge of their disciplines work and are given the best cooperation and integration. To Pulsar Industry’s customers trusting a provider able to design, build and service all aspects of technologically advanced solutions means a guarantee of quality and, last but not least important, less expensive investments.
